Brrr...Keeping Warm and Conserving Energy

We recommend that everyone set and maintain a constant thermostat temperature of 68 degrees while using the furnaces. We realize heat tends to rise, however, if those of you on the top floors open up your apartment windows to cool things off a bit, it actually causes your neighbors to turn their thermostat up even higher which it turn makes it even warmer! If we work as a team, we can conserve energy by maintaining one comfortable temperature AND save money and fuel in the process. It's good for the pocketbook and the environment!
SMILE YOU'RE ON CAMERA!

While this really isn't an issue...we wanted to remind you while enjoying the fitness, sauna, and hot tub facilities it is important to remember you are always on film. So, smile and wave then next time you're in there. We have in the past viewed, on film, some residents trying to make adjustments to the hot tub through our locked maintenance doors. Please do not attempt to make adjustments on the equipment, sauna or hot tub as we are regulated by the state to maintain a specific standards such as temperature of the water, chemical levels and sanitary conditions. We take our commitments to maintain what is required very seriously. Tampering with equipment may result in the facility closing early, loss of residential privileges or even more severe penalties.
Spring into Action...
You can enjoy fitness 24 hours a day in our resident exclusive fitness club!
Use all the terrific equipment to help get your body into that summertime shape.
If you have lost your fitness card, its easy to replace - just stop by the business office at your earliest convenience, we'll be glad to help you! Remember, there is a $25.00 lost card fee.
We Just Keep On Doing It! (doggone it)

We just keep offering bigger and better amenities. We have "gone to the dogs," so to speak! We are now welcoming "man's best friend" and his responsible owner home to Fox Glen. If you are interested in enhancing your family by adopting a dog, please contact the business office for opportunities in our pet friendly locations. Unfortunately, we do not allow our four legged canines in every building and there are definitely fees associated with the benefits of bringing a doggie into Fox Glen...those who have done it say it's well worth it! Prior to moving "fideo" in you must pay fees associated with having a pet AND we must approve vet paperwork and type/breed.
Welcome Home!

Fox Glen is such a lovely place to come home to. Continue the tradition by participating in our Neighborhood Watch: Take a Bite out of Crime. Report all suspicious behavior and suspect traffic immediately. Remember we are proud to participate in Saginaw Township's Crime Free Multi-Housing Program. It is always important to stand together as a community. Keep our neighborhood the best place in town to call home!
